The Environment

Climate change is one of the biggest challenges we have ever faced and helping with environmental issues should be our biggest driver right now. We must each strive to assist repairing the damage that we have wreaked on our planet, we must also understand that the time we have to do this is growing shorter by the day.

We are certainly improving in our awareness for the planet however we all know that this could be increased.

It is well documented what our role in climate change has been to get us to where we are but we also can see what our role will be in helping restore the balance;

• Use less fossil fuels
• Use more clean energy
• Waste less
• Recycle and reuse more
• Protect the rainforest
• Plant more trees to meet the demand for timber

We all know that the trees and forests of the planet are being decimated by the day and we must find a better way to value these other than for the timber derived from it or the land beneath them. We believe that existing trees should be protected and sustainable forests planted as the increased demand for timber related products will always be present.

Deforestation not only destroys trees but also the entire eco-system including the animals, birds and other rare living species. Trees play a critical role in absorbing CO2 and help us combat the effects of global warming. Without the lungs of the earth, it will be very difficult for humans and other life to survive on this planet.

It is with this in mind that we are using our knowledge and expertise of alternative investments to bring eco-friendly investments to you.

The bottom line is we need to cool our earth or we may have to find another one and that is a slightly more difficult task.
